GreenH2 LATAM, a joint venture with NEO, is a leading clean energy company based in Mexico City, dedicated to advancing the energy transition in Latin America.
GreenH2 LATAM is delivering one of the largest clean energy portfolios in Latin America, with seven hydrogen projects currently under development across Panama, Costa Rica, Mexico, and beyond. These initiatives represent over USD $300 million in capital investment and more than 200 MW of renewable energy capacity.
The company is actively piloting hydrogen injection technology with major transport and logistics groups, including a pipeline involving 12,400 vehicles. It is also in advanced negotiations with two of Latin America’s largest beverage bottlers—one of which operates over 30,000 vehicles in 11 countries.
GreenH2 LATAM is expanding its footprint through active discussions in Brazil, Peru, Argentina, Haiti, and the Dominican Republic, aiming to launch six-month pilot programs. In Colombia, the company has executed a framework agreement with TW Solar—a Colombian-Spanish developer with 700 MW of approved solar and green hydrogen capacity—granting access to up to 8 hydrogen projects, with the most viable set for execution.
